Articles failure

The Articles of Confederation was the first constitution. It gave the federal government little power and gave states more power since the people were afraid of a federal government. One of the main problem with the Articles of Confederation was that it was inflexible. It was inflexible because in order to amend the articles you need all 13 votes. Another problem was that there was no government structure which included no leader, money, or military.
